Example dataset for SCRIN (Subcellular Colocalized RNA Interaction Network)

This dataset is a sampled subset of the publicly available CosMX Spatial Molecular Imager (SMI) Mouse Brain FFPE dataset provided by NanoString Technologies (https://nanostring.com/products/cosmx-spatial-molecular-imager/ffpe-dataset/cosmx-smi-mouse-brain-ffpe-dataset/). We downsampled the original dataset to create a smaller example dataset (1000 cells) for demonstrating and benchmarking the SCRIN. Please refer to the original NanoString dataset for the complete data. Users of this dataset should cite NanoString Technologies accordingly.
