Interaction of integrin alphaVbeta3 with Fibrillin

Fibrillins are the main constituents of the extracellular microfibrils that form a template for tropoelastin during elastic fibrillogenesis. Fibrillins polymerize extracellularly as parallel bundles of head-to-tail monomers.
