The instrument aims to collect quantitative data for analyzing how communication practices within organizations influence employee effectiveness and psychological well-being. The questionnaire consists of standardized Likert-scale items measuring three main constructs: organizational communication (quality, clarity, and frequency of communication), organizational effectiveness (productivity, efficiency, and goal achievement), and psychological capital (self-efficacy, optimism, resilience, and hope). The data collected from this instrument will be used for statistical analysis, including correlation and structural equation modeling (SEM), to examine the relationships among the study variables in an organizational context.
