We established serially transplantable and robust, genetically engineered patient derived xenograft (PDX) models of acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Patients' primary AML cells were transplanted into NSG mice. Models which engrafted were serially passaged and isolated from murine bone marrow. PDX cells were lysed and mRNA was extracted. mRNA read counts were determined by prime-seq. *************************************************************** Raw files for human/patient samples were not submitted to GEO due to concerns about submitting personally identifiable sequence data for open access. ***************************************************************
