In this project, we performed bulk RNAseq of mouse trigeminal ganglia at different time points following a constriction of the infraorbital nerve (IoN-CCI model). Samples include both ipsilateral and contralateral samples, as well as samples from sham-operated mice. To evaluate a possible role of TRPM3, trigeminal ganglia were isolated from both wild type and TRPM3-knockout mice. Our data indicate profound and time-dependent transcriptomic changes induced by the IoN-CCI model, but did not reveal IoN-CCI-specific differences between wild type and TRPM3-knockout mice. Overall design: Bulk RNAseq of isolated trigeminal ganglia from sham and IoN-CCI wild type and TRPM3 knockout mice, taken at days 0, 3, 11, 18, 25 and 42 after the CCI or sham procedure.
