ATLAS-Spectra Example Data

Data for the application ATLAS-Spectra found at https://github.com/usnistgov/ATLAS-Spectrum. This data comprises of a compressed subset of https://data.nist.gov/od/id/mds2-4214 , and other spectra examples. After installing ATLAS, these files are to be copied into the ATLAS local directory for use in browsing data.
