Screening of glycerol ether lipid biomarkers in northern Gulf of Mexico sediment using APPI-P FTICR-MS

This dataset contains data obtained by the interpretation of mass spectra from the APPI-P FTICR-MS analysis of the selected sediment cores from the northern Gulf of Mexico. This includes i) exact m/z of the identified glycerol ether lipids’ peaks in the sediment extract from the SW01 sampling site and assigned elemental formulae of those peaks; and ii) the intensities of the peaks of the main core glycerol dialkyl glycerol tetraethers species commonly used in (paleo)environmental reconstructions.
