Field of Lumina: Warp-Resonated Symmetry FLWRS

This document (FLWRS v11.3) expands and sharpens the Field of Lumina: Warp-Resonated Symmetry hypothesis. It provides detailed mathematics (fractional operators, nonlocal kernels), a clarified physical interpretation of the Luminissance operator (formerly called rectification), a relativistic generalization compatible with effective quantum field treatment, computational methods and fully specified experimental protocols (atomic clocks, matterwave interferometry, neurostimulation/EEG experiments). Crucially, FLWRS v11.3 elevates the theory from conceptual sketch to a set of falsifiable, quantitative predictions and provides the numerical and experimental apparatus necessary to test them.
