This series consists of calendars from the Bathurst Teachers College (BTC). The calendars, which were produced annually, were published in volumes and were an important source of information for students. The following information was normally included: the academic calendar for the upcoming year; a list of all staff, both academic and administrative; a brief history of the development of the College including its layout and surrounds; the regulations of the College including examination and assessment procedures; information pertaining to the local demonstration schools and practice teaching; details regarding the use of College facilities such as the Library; an outline of the courses of study offered by the College; the rules which were put in place for the running of the residences; information about the Students’ Representative Council; details of the sporting clubs of the College and Intercollegiate contests; information about affiliated societies and groups of the college, such as religious and theatrical organisations; and a copy of the music and lyrics for the College anthem.
