Bacterial wilt disease, caused by Ralstonia solanacearum, has emerged as a major challenge to peanut production in China and significantly affecting peanut field productivity worldwide. It is imperative to identify the genetic loci and candidate genes controlling resistance to Ralstonia solanacearum (RRS). QTL-seq was deployed in F13 recombination inbred line population with (581 lines)individuals of from the cross of Yueyou 92 (resistant) and Xinhuixiaoli (susceptible).
