Whole-genome sequencing of matched normal and tumor samples of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients

Nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) is one the most common malignant diseases in Southeast Asia and South China although it is rarely found in most parts of the world. In this study, microdissected NPC tumors and corresponding normal samples were subjected to whole-genome sequencing to uncover comprehensive genomic landscape of this cancer.
