Whole genome sequencing of yeast isolates that repaired a DNA double strand break by Break-induced replication (BIR) in the presence of APOBEC3A. The goal of this analysis is to identify mutation clusters and chromosomal rearrangements induced by the accumulation of base damage in BIR intermediates. 25 ung1-deficient and 25 UNG1 proficient isolates were sequenced.
