Kentucky Phase2 Digital Elevation Model (Image Service)

The KyFromAbove Phase2 collection provides access to a 2 Foot Digital Elevation Model (DEM) for Kentucky. Phase2 began in 2019 and was completed in 2024. Phase3 acquisitions are now underway.<div><br /></div><div><div>The DEM was derived from the ground class within KyFromAbove point cloud data and has a 2-foot point spacing. Kentucky's DEM data <a href='https://kygeonet.ky.gov/kyfromabove/pdfs/Specs_LiDAR_Production.pdf' target='_blank' rel='nofollow ugc noopener noreferrer'>specifications</a> were developed by the KyFromAbove Technical Advisory Subcommittee and adopted by the Kentucky Geographic Information Advisory Council (GIAC).
