Dataset: Oxygen priming induced by elevated CO2 reduces carbon accumulation and methane emissions in coastal wetlands

This dataset accompanies the published paper Noyce et al. (2022) in Nature Geosciences. The data are from a multi-year field manipulation of warming and elevated CO₂ (SMARTX) in the Smithsonian's Global Change Research Wetland (GCReW), a brackish, microtidal wetland side on a subestuary of the Chesapeake Bay. Metadata are provided in the Read Me file. The dataset covers 2017-2020 and includes surface elevation, soil redox potential, methane (CH₄) emissions, porewater CH₄, root biomass, and stem density for each experimental plot.
