Sample datasets and video acquired using the EmbryoPhenomics platform. Experiment assessing influence of three (20, 25 and 30C) contrasting temperatures and two salinities (0 or 7 ppt) on the development of the aquatic gastropod <em>Radix balthica</em>. Exposure was initiated at the E3 developmental stage at which embryos are undergoing ciliary driven spinning. The EmbryoCV package was used to produce phenome-level data.
