为研究不同预处理对杉木种子萌发的影响,寻求合理的杉木种子预处理方法,以杉木种子为研究对象,设置不同浓度的KMnO4、NH4Cl、H2O2 溶液,对杉木种子进行不同时间的浸种处理,分析其对杉木种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数的影响。结果表明合理的浓度和浸种时间有利于提高杉木种子质量,促进种子萌发。KMnO4 和NH4Cl 溶液在系列浓度和浸种时间处理下皆能不同程度的促进杉木种子萌发,在低浓度(0.1%、2%)处理下,各发芽指标随浸种时间增加而上升,且分别在0.1% 浓度浸种3 h 和2% 浓度浸种0.75 h 处理下达到最大值;随着H2O2 溶液处理浓度的增加,杉木种子各发芽指标呈现出先上升后下降的规律,具有显著的浓度效应,且在5% 浓度浸种3 h 时达到峰值。据此认为,适当浓度的KMnO4、NH4Cl、H2O2 溶液浸种一定时间均可促进杉木种子萌发,达到齐苗、壮苗的目的。
To investigate the effects of different pretreatments on the germination of Chinese fir seeds and explore reasonable pretreatment methods for Chinese fir seeds, this study took Chinese fir seeds as the research material, prepared KMnO4, NH4Cl and H2O2 solutions with different concentrations, and conducted seed soaking treatments with varying durations. The impacts of these treatments on the germination rate, germination energy, germination index and vigor index of Chinese fir seeds were analyzed. The results demonstrated that appropriate concentrations and soaking durations contributed to improving the quality of Chinese fir seeds and promoting seed germination. Both KMnO4 and NH4Cl solutions could promote the germination of Chinese fir seeds to varying extents across the series of concentration and soaking time treatments. Under low concentrations (0.1%, 2%), all germination indices increased with prolonged soaking time, and reached their respective peaks when soaked in 0.1% concentration solution for 3 hours and 2% concentration solution for 0.75 hours. As the concentration of H2O2 solution increased, all germination indices of Chinese fir seeds exhibited a trend of first increasing then decreasing, with a significant concentration effect, and peaked when soaked in 5% H2O2 solution for 3 hours. Based on these findings, it is concluded that soaking Chinese fir seeds with appropriate concentrations of KMnO4, NH4Cl and H2O2 solutions for a proper duration can promote seed germination, thereby achieving the goals of uniform seedling emergence and robust seedling growth.
