HPLC separation of N-glycans (fucosylated and non-fucosylated trimannosyl core of N-glycans) extracted from HEK293T cells wild-type (WT); deficient in TSTA3 protein (TSTA3KO); deficient in GMDS (GMDSKO) protein; deficient in FCSK (FCSKKO) protein treated (FUC) and not treated with fucose; deficient in TSTA3 protein with overexpression of FPGT (TSTA3KO + FPGT) and/or FCSK protein (TSTA3KO + FCSK); deficient in GMDS protein with overexpression of FPGT (GMDSKO + FPGT) and/or FCSK protein (GMDSKO + FCSK).The .rax files could be opened using a text editor like WordPad, or could be opened in Excel.
