The aim of this project was to reveal the regulatory mechanism of GREB1 transcription in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). ChIP-seq using HCC cell lines was performed to clarify the association of HNF4a, FOXA2, b-catenin and TCF4 with regulatory region for GREB1 expression. Also, GREB1 ChIP-seq was performed for investigation of GREB1 function in transcriptional regulation.
