Aligned files and custom code for Janssens et al. 2024 MLL oncoprotein levels influence leukemia lineage identities.

This zenodo publication corresponds to Janssens et al. 2024. "MLL oncoprotein levels influence leukemia lineage identities." published in Nature Communications. This zenodo publication includes all of the code for data processing and figure generation which is also available though GitHub at https://github.com/DerekJanssens/MLL_oncoprotein_levels_NatComms. For instructions running the code see the README.md file. In addition, this zenodo publication includes the hg38 aligned bed files and bigwig files for seven of the patient samples (p160, p179, p186, p214, p247, p279 and p318) for which permissions for sharing of primary DNA sequening data was not specifically obtained.
