We generated 94 transcriptomes spanning four tissues and matched serum metabolomic profiles from 24 hens, followed by validation in an independent serum cohort (n = 24) and a severity-stratified cohort with paired uterine transcriptomic and serum metabolomic data (n = 34). Additionally, analysis codes in this work also provided.
