资源简介:
This study aims to investigate the molecular mechanisms by which MPs contamination affects the process of BSFs in converting livestock and poultry manure through transcriptome sequencing. By conducting exposure experiments, we will analyze the impact of MPs on the growth phenotypes, toxic responses, metabolic activities, and efficiency of nitrogenous organic matter conversion in black soldier flies. The findings will elucidate the interference mechanisms and potential risks posed by MPs in the bioconversion of livestock and poultry manure. This research will provide a scientific basis for optimizing the practical application of BSFs technology and propose new strategies for addressing MPs pollution in the environment.
