This table presents multi-method sensitivity analyses to validate the causal effects of immune cell traits on dilated cardiomyopathy. Traits prioritized in the primary IVW analysis were re-evaluated using a range of complementary Mendelian randomization approaches, including IVW (fixed and random effects), weighted median, weighted mode, MR-RAPS, MR-Egger, and debiased IVW (dIVW). For each exposure–outcome pair, the table reports the number of SNP instruments, variance explained, F-statistic, odds ratios with 95% confidence intervals, standard errors, and p-values under each estimator. MR-Egger intercepts and heterogeneity metrics (Q statistics and associated p-values) are also included to assess pleiotropy and model consistency.
