SSTDhunter

SSTDhunter is a curated gene database and associated analysis tool for detecting steroid-17,20-desmolase-encoding genes in metagenomic data. It contains reconstructed desABCDE operon sequences and homologous transketolase sequences for false-positive control, enabling rapid estimation of the androgen-producing potential of microbiota.
