Coverage of Notch2 Tryptic peptide by TurboID.

Trypsin can cleave the peptide bond between Arg (R) or Lys (K) and any amino acid other than Pro(P). applying this rule to the primary sequence of Notch2 yields 155 peptides and single amino acids, 60 of which are in the intracellular domain. This table places the 19 recovered tryptic peptides onto the list of all virtual peptide. The RAM and PEST domains are not observed in crustal structure of Notch2, but the ANK domain is a highly ordered structure. All were digested. (XLSX)
