Difference of gene expression in Malpighian tubules (MTs) betweeen control, "yki3SA" tumor, and "yki3SA+ITP-i" tumor-bearing flies

To investigate the function of malpighian tubule in tumor-induced host wasting, we established a wasting model in fly by activation of Yki in adult midgut ISCs, in which the host flies present the sysytmeic organ wasting and metabolic abnormalities. We performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of Malpighian tubules of control , "yki3SA" tumor, and "yki3SA+ITP-i" tumor-bearing flies . Comparative species composition and diversity analysis,gene expression profiling analysis of meta-seq data for control and yki3SA tumor-bearing flies.
