Income and obesity in an urban poor community: a cross-sectional study

This cross-sectional study was carried out among residents of an urban poor community. The sample size was calculated using Krecjie and Morgan formula for prevalence studies of a known population. Face to face interview and anthropometric measurements were done by year three medical students in 2019 over 4 weekends. (February and August 2019). Ethical clearance was provided and written informed consent was given by all participants in this study.
