Runx1+ vascular smooth muscle cells are essential for hematopoietic stem and progenitor cell development in vivo

We sequenced 4 sorted cell populations: ECs, HECs, Runx1+ IAHCs and Runx1- IAHCs. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for the 4 endothelial and hematopoetic stem cell populations.我们对4个经分选的细胞群开展了测序：内皮细胞（Endothelial Cells，ECs）、造血内皮细胞（Hematopoietic Endothelial Cells，HECs）、Runx1阳性主动脉内造血簇（Intra-aortic Hematopoietic Clusters，IAHCs）及Runx1阴性主动脉内造血簇（IAHCs）。本研究针对上述4种内皮及造血干细胞群的RNA测序（RNA-seq）数据，完成了比较基因表达谱分析。
