Longitudinal antibody repertoire sequencing of SHIV-infected rhesus macaques

A survey of HIV-1 neutralizing antibodies in SHIV-infected macaques. SHIV infection elicited a variety of V2-apex directed antibody lineages with shared characteristics, particularly a single rhesus D gene (KIMDB IGHD3-15*01 / IMGT IGHD3-9*01) in reading frame two, as well as varying modes of antigen recognition that parallel those observed in human antibodies. This dataset includes bulk antibody repertoire sequencing from rhesus macaque IgM+ and IgG+ B cells to allow determination of individualized germline gene repertoires and analysis of antibody lineage maturation, respectively.
