<b>A "People-centred </b>approach<b>" to realising healthcare by </b>facilitating<b>, patient </b>participation<b> in health attainment </b>

Ethics Ref: 2021_FBMSREC 078 This study offers insights into the patient experience from the patients’ perspective, which is crucial for improving the quality of healthcare. The study utilised Kolb's(1984) experiential learning theory as a model and employed qualitative and quantitative research methods, including a questionnaire administered to participants selected through convenience sampling at the HIV/AIDS unit of Chris Hani Baragwanath hospital. The data was analysed using Excel and SPSS to interpret and draw conclusions from the results.
