Co-UDlabs_WP6_T61_INSA_001. PAH probe testing data sets

This data set produced by the Co-UDlabs project includes raw data collected for the testing of a commercially available PAH (Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons) probe installed in the monitoring station at the outlet of the stormwater collection system of Chassieu in Lyon, France. The first data set corresponds to a comparison between PAH probe outputs and laboratory analyses of PAHs for nine samples collected in 2023. The second data set corresponds to a time series including 155 155 values of PAHs concentrations measured with the PAH probe from 30 May 2022 at 12:10 until 31 December 2022 at 23:58, with a 2-min time step, along with rainfall intensity, monitoring flume feeding pump state, discharge and its standard uncertainty, conductivity and its standard uncertainty, and turbidity and its standard uncertainty. The PDF file describes the sensor, the testing site and protocol, and the data sets. The file PAHs.csv contains the data obtained for the 9 samples collected in 2023. The chas1.csv file contains the time series collected in 2022. When the feeding pump is off, the monitoring flume contains only stagnant water and therefore conductivity, turbidity and PAH data are replaced by NaN in the second file named Chas1NaN.csv, as they are not representative of the stormwater flowing in the catchment outlet sewer.
