Photoinhibition of NpHR-transduced PL neuron activity

This dataset includes the results of photoinhibition of spontaneous activity of NpHR-transduced PL neuron using 10-s continuous green laser illumination. Raw data includes the neural signal and TTL signal for generating continuous light illumination. Timestamp data of spike events were used for calculating the averaged firing rates and the autocorrelation histograms.

本数据集收录了NpHR转导的PL神经元自发性活动光抑制实验的结果，采用10秒持续绿光照射。原始数据包括神经信号及用于产生连续光照的TTL信号。通过使用尖峰事件的时间戳数据，计算得到了平均放电频率及自相关直方图。
