This study aims at verifying predicted inversion loci in human DNA from multiple individuals. To that end loci have been amplified by long-range PCR, pooled, and sequenced using both PacBio as well as MinION (Oxford Nanopore). The "samples" associated with this study are non-multiplexed pools of several loci from multiple individuals and sample/loci combinations are listed in the descriptions of the samples or experiements.
