Green tea is one of people's favorite drinks. However, pesticide residues in green tea can cause harm to the human body, and therefore, detection of pesticide residues in green tea is very important. In recent years, the detection of pesticide residues in tea has become a research hotspot. In this paper, a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS) detection method of tolfenpyrad pesticide residues in green tea was established by using acetonitrile as dispersive solid-phase extraction, temperature programming and application retention time lock with the database.

绿茶是广受大众喜爱的饮品之一。然而,绿茶中残留的农药会对人体健康造成危害,因此开展绿茶中农药残留的检测工作至关重要。近年来,茶叶农药残留检测已成为研究热点。本文以乙腈为分散固相萃取(dispersive solid-phase extraction)溶剂,结合程序升温技术与数据库保留时间锁定法,建立了绿茶中唑虫酰胺(tolfenpyrad)农药残留的气相色谱-串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)检测方法。
