为了确保水产品的食用安全，对水产品内含有的二氧化硫需要进行严格控制, 数据对象主要为二氧化硫，以及安全评价的相关检测数据，通过检测数据，我们可以判断水产品内二氧化硫含量是否符合安全标准，防止因二氧化硫过量或不合法导致的食品安全问题，通过数据的实时更新，我们能够实现水产品生产全过程的实时监控，确保食品安全。1、数据采集：从水产品生产、销售店面收集原始数据，包括样品名称；2、数据检测：对采集的样品上水产品残留量样本进行预处理，以便进行后续检测，利用适当的仪器和方法对水产品中的二氧化硫含量进行定性和定量检测，对检测数据进行整理和分析，得出每种样本中的二氧化硫含量；3、数据处理：按相同的样品名称进行归集分类，去除异常值和缺失值，得出每种样品中二氧化硫的均值，将均值与标准值对比判定该样品的二氧化硫含量是否合格，（二氧化硫含量均值-二氧化硫含量标准值）/二氧化硫的标准值=二氧化硫的超标比例，4、数据应用：为生产者提供防腐剂使用的建议和指导，促进其合规生产，为消费者提供选择水产品的参考依据，提高消费者的食品安全意识。
To ensure the edible safety of aquatic products, strict control over sulfur dioxide contained in aquatic products is required. The dataset mainly focuses on sulfur dioxide and relevant detection data for safety assessment. Based on these detection data, we can judge whether the sulfur dioxide content in aquatic products meets safety standards, thereby preventing food safety issues caused by excessive or illegal sulfur dioxide. Through real-time data updates, we can realize real-time monitoring of the entire production process of aquatic products to further ensure food safety. 1. Data Collection: Collect raw data from aquatic product production and sales outlets, including sample names; 2. Data Detection: Preprocess the residual samples of aquatic products from the collected samples to facilitate subsequent detection. Use appropriate instruments and methods to conduct qualitative and quantitative detection of sulfur dioxide content in aquatic products, organize and analyze the detection data to obtain the sulfur dioxide content of each sample; 3. Data Processing: Aggregate and classify the data according to the same sample names, remove outliers and missing values, and calculate the average sulfur dioxide content of each sample. Compare the average value with the standard value to determine whether the sulfur dioxide content of the sample is qualified. The over-standard ratio of sulfur dioxide is calculated as: (average sulfur dioxide content - standard sulfur dioxide content) / standard sulfur dioxide content; 4. Data Application: Provide producers with suggestions and guidance on preservative use to promote compliant production, and provide consumers with reference for selecting aquatic products, so as to enhance consumers' awareness of food safety.
