Vineyard ecosystem vulnerability to pathogens and drought in the context of climate change

The project objective was to study the response of vineyard agrosystems to biotic and abiotic stresses in the context of climate change. Foliar fungal communities were analyzed in two grapevine varieties (Vitis vinifera 'Regent' and 'Cabernet Sauvignon') subjected to different levels of drought and infection by powdery mildew (Erysiphe necator).
