课题4测量了传感器最小检测压强,裁剪与压力传感器功能区域大小相同的滤纸片(25*25mm2),使用天平精确测量滤纸片质量并求得其提供的接触压强,其次将仿生压力传感器固定于平整平台上,将传感器两侧导线接入数字万用表并进行校正,最后,将滤纸片正对放入传感器功能区域,记录传感器电容变化,计算传感器电容变化ΔC和初始电阻C0之间的比值, 确定传感器的最小检测压强是否小于1Pa。。

In Task 4, the minimum detectable pressure of the sensor was measured. Filter papers sized identically to the functional area of the pressure sensor (25×25 mm²) were cut, and their mass was accurately measured with an analytical balance to calculate the contact pressure provided by them. Next, the biomimetic pressure sensor was fixed on a flat platform, and the wires on both sides of the sensor were connected to a digital multimeter for calibration. Finally, the filter papers were placed directly facing the functional area of the sensor, the capacitance change of the sensor was recorded, the ratio between the sensor's capacitance change ΔC and the initial resistance C0 was calculated, and whether the minimum detectable pressure of the sensor was less than 1 Pa was determined.
