miR22 is a master regulator of genes predictive of patient survival in clear cell renal cell carcinoma

RNA sequencing libraries were made for RLC cell line to detect the transcripts regulated by the miR22 mimic comparing mimic and the negative control. miR22 mimic and negative control were introduced to the cell line RLC. After 24 and 48 hours total RNA were extracted. Barcoded cDNA libraries were then prepared from total RNA using the Illumina TruSeq RNAseq kit, and sequenced (single-end 101-bp reads) on an Illumina HiSeq instrument.
