Digital Fortune-Telling Services Dataset

This study empirically examined how the visual image of shamanic counselors influences user evaluations in digital environments. Profile data from a major Korean digital fortune-telling platform were collected and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA, correlation, and chi-square tests. Variables included counselor appearance (attire, facial expression, gender), image strategy (self-claimed vs. customer-evaluated), profile characteristics (price, career length, services), and user evaluations (loyal customers, reviews, satisfaction).
