Felis_catus_metagenomes_MAGs_HiC Genome sequencing and assembly. gut metagenome

We used high-throughput Hi-C proximity ligation in combination with shotgun sequencing to retrieve high-quality metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs) from the fecal microbiomes of two healthy domestic cats. In addition to the MAG fasta files, we also provide the metagenome assemblies and raw HiC reads.
