Schima superba Transcriptome or Gene expression

Schima superba is one of the important dominant species in the southern China and plays a vital role in the community structure and dynamics. However, the survival rate of its seedlings is low in the field, while water shortage could be a factor that limited its regeneration. In order to deeply understand its seedlings response to drought stress in functional genomics scale,RNA-Seq technology was utilized in this work to perform large scale transcriptome sequencing of the S. superba seedlings under drought stress.
