All data for Delphi

The dataset is a summary of the data collected over the three rounds of the Delphi process. We considered items with 80% consensus of 4 or higher (out of 5) as "Included". and items with 90% consensus of 4.5 or higher as "Highly Ranked".本数据集为三轮德尔菲法（Delphi Process）流程中采集数据的汇总成果。我们将共识度达80%且评分不低于4分（满分5分制）的条目界定为“已纳入”条目；将共识度达90%且评分不低于4.5分（满分5分制）的条目界定为“高评级入选”条目。
