Adenomatous Polyposis Coli (APC) HITS-CLIP from E14 mouse brain. Mus musculus

Adenometous polyposis coli (APC) is a microtubule plus-end scaffolding protein important in biology and disease. APC is implicated in RNA localization, although the mechanisms and functional significance remain unclear. We show that APC is an RNA-binding protein, and identify APC mRNA binding sites by performing HITS-CLIP from E14 mouse brain. Two different APC antibodies were used for immunoprecipitation, and for one of these antibodies three independent immunoprecipitation experiments were performed, giving a total of four data sets. mRNA-seq was performed from E14 mouse brain to estimate transcriptome expression level.
