Île-de-France: occupancy rate in furnished accommodations and vacation rentals 2020

The pandemic caused by the Covid-19 virus disrupted the tourist activity in Île-de-France. The increase of the virus presence at the beginning of 2020 led to a drop in the occupancy rate in furnishing accommodations and seasonal rentals located in this region. The lowest occupancy rate was recorded in November 2020, reaching 31 percent. Overall, the occupancy rate in furnished accommodations and vacation rentals in Île-de-France remained weaker in 2020 compared to the previous year.
