GenCoNet

The prevalence of comorbid diseases poses a major health burden worldwide. A workflow system is developed to aggregate data on biomedical entities from heterogeneous data sources. It provides the import, fusion, and analysis of the highly connected biomedical data in a Neo4j database GenCoNet. Initially data on common comorbid diseases: hypertension and bronchial asthma was integrated.共病疾病（comorbid diseases）的全球流行已构成重大健康负担。本研究开发了一款工作流系统，可从异构数据源中聚合生物医学实体（biomedical entities）相关数据。该系统能够对存储于Neo4j图数据库GenCoNet中的高关联度生物医学数据开展导入、融合与分析工作。研究初期已完成常见共病疾病：高血压（hypertension）与支气管哮喘（bronchial asthma）相关数据的整合。
