scRNA-seq analysis of Msi2CreER-MycT58A Mouse Pre-cancer and Pancreas ASCP tumor

scRNA-seq analysis evaluating transcriptional heterogeneity in mouse pre-cancer and pancreas tumors in an effort to model the progression of pancreas tumors. Single cells were captured at t=0 (before tamoxifen induction), t=5 (5 weeks after tamoxifen induction) and t=12 (12 weeks after tamoxifen induction). Overall design: Pancreas pre-cancer (5 weeks post-induction) and pancreas tumors cells (12 weeks post-induction) from the Msi2-CreER MycT58A mouse model were dissociated and single cells were processed according to 10x genomics instructions.
