Tabula Muris Senis is a comprehensive database of the mouse aging cell atlas, curating single-cell and bulk RNA sequencing data derived from various organs across the full lifespan of mice. This resource offers cell type-specific molecular and phenotypic signatures, enabling investigations into the cellular biological changes that mammals undergo throughout their lifespans. The project includes single-cell transcriptomic analyses of 20 organs, serving as a pivotal resource for deciphering the cell type-specific expression patterns of genes and their temporal dynamics.
