Dataset encompassing: High-quality MAGs after clustering using FastANI from both rice straw and soil matrices. Mid-quality MAGs after clustering using FastANI from both rice straw and soil matrices. MAGs that are not representative of the clusters. Low quality bins. Associated metadata useful to track down the downstream analysis process of the MAGs. Scripts run to characterize, annotate and organize the samples/MAGs through tools such as dbCAN3, Prokka, COGClassifier, FastANI, MAGFlow, FastQC, nf-core/mag, FetchMG, GTDB-Tk2, Kraken/Bracken, among others. Outputs from the software afore-mentioned. Mock community information to ensure the reliability of the DNA extraction.
