lyDATA: 2023 CLB Multisite

This cohort contains the pathology report data on lymphatic involvement in 373 patients with head and neck cancer, diagnosed and treated with neck dissection at the Centre Léon Bérard between 2001 and 2018.

Note: The version v2 fixes an issue with the "diagnostic_consensus" column: This data was not available for this dataset, but we used the reasonable assumption to set it to "healthy" when no neck dissection was performed. Unfortunately, a bug set it to healthy also when it was performed and the pathology reported no involvement. This means that no conflicts were introduced, but the "diagnostic_consensus" column was misleading. This is fixed now.
