Systematic mRNA interactome analysis reconceptualizes translational quiescence in bovine sperm

This dataset consists of four independent mass spectrometry studies:

1. Identification of translation machinery in bovine sperm proteome by mass spectrometry (four biological replicates)

2. Investigating bovine sperm proteome for differential protein expression during in vitro capacitation (three biological replicates)

3. Investigating bovine sperm phosphoproteome during in-vitro capacitation (three biological replicates)

4. Identifying mRNA interactome during bovine sperm capacitation using RNA antisense purification coupled with mass spectrometry (RAP-MS) (three biological replicates)
