Multicellularity Long-Term Evolution Experiment Genome Data

This dataset contains raw whole genome sequencing files obtained by sequencing different strain isolates and populations from our long-term evolution experiment with the snowflake yeast. The samples were collected at various time points throughout the experiment, with the aim of investigating the genomic basis of multicellular adaptation over time. The data is being used in multiple projects, and as new strains and populations are sequenced, more data will be added to this collection.
